Momma & Me Bootcamp
Momma & Me Bootcamp is a great workout for Mom where babies are welcome! Mom needs to be cleared by her doctor to return to physical activity. Babies of all ages are welcome, including toddlers and if you need to bring baby and toddler that’s okay too!
Some classes go off without a hitch and some are a little chaotic. But we always have fun, and we are always sweaty when we are done.
Zumba Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
Kettlebell Warrior Bootcamp
Our Kettlebell Warrior boot camp has multiple time slots to choose from. You will have our popular 2+1 format as well.
There will be two classes a week plus one additional class of your choice! So you can experience all the gym has to offer.
Mommy and Me Yoga
Mom & Baby yoga, is a 45min. class where you will learn and practice how to regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your baby in a supportive and welcoming environment. You will also tone and lengthen your muscles, strengthen your posture, relax and rejuvenate, relieve tension in the upper body, and safely rebuild core strength.
This class is designed for children ages 5-8 looking to develop the basics of gymnastics. With a qualified instructor, LAC gymnasts are challenged with both gymnastics-based and sport-based activities.
Students will get to experience using the bar, the beam, gym strengthening equipment as well as becoming comfortable with floor movements.
